About an hour after she was born, Lily had to go the nursery because she was cold, so they put a probe on her tummy. Then she had a hard time keeping her oxygen above 90%, so they put a monitor on her foot (she did have a nasal canula on her nose but she is off that now). Then they started an IV to give her some fluids. And they put leads on her chest to monitor her heart rate, and respirations. So needless to say, she has a lot of strings attached! It makes it very interesting to nurse her!
As of Tuesday evening she is doing much better and she will most likely go home with us on Wednesday!!
This is Daddy and Lily. She already has him wrapped around her finger!
