Where does she come up with this stuff??

Lately, Lily will play underneath her highchair. I haven't really paid much attention. Perhaps I should have paid a little more attention. She lays on her back, hangs onto the side railing of the chair, puts her feet up into the strap that holds her highchair on, and lifts herself off of the ground!! How did she figure this out and why does she do it?
