"I know you....I walked with you once upon a dream..."

For those of you who are familiar with Sleeping Beauty, you will appreciate this. Kent has taught Luke and Lily to dance like Sleeping Beauty does in the movie. They beg Kent to sing and dance with them! Luke was mad at Lily because she was dancing with Cinderella, but singing the song for Sleeping Beauty!
Luke and Lily dance together...and then they pull each other to the ground laughing.

It's her party and she can cry if she wants to...

Claire is a pretty good baby....when she is happy. For the last 2 months she would have crying fits. We figured she had a twisted bowel or just really bad gas. She would scream bloody murder for no apparent reason for about 2-3 hours everyday, usually at different times during the day (this made it so it wasn't colic). Nothing would sooth her completely. It wasn't like a crying whine either. My ears would be ringing and hurt after about 10 minutes of it. It would even wake Kent in the middle of the night!!! And Kent can sleep through a hurricane.
I thought for sure it had something to do with my diet. So I tried to alter it. I didn't eat any dairy, chocolate, or anything even somewhat spicy for about 5 days. But that didn't work either. I got gas drops from the store but they didn't help either. People would ask and I would tell them you would have crying fits. But no one really realized how bad they were until they witnessed them. My Mom came over one night while Kent was in France (Claire was about 6 weeks old and Kent went to France for a week, leaving me home with 3 kids, ages 2, 3, and a new baby-and I survived to tell about it!) after about 20 min my Mom said she would have Dr. Wynn call in a new Rx for her. The Rx had alcohol in it to help calm her down and relax her. It helped for about the first week and then she was back to her crying fits. She has calmed down a bit and now she only has them about 2-3 times a week. Needless to say, I haven't had much time for updates!
